The file provided with RGMHEC2000 entitled HEC1DATARECS.TXT must be updated in your program directory with the file you can download here.
Nature of the problem: The RD card identifier was showing an alpha value for the wrong column for one card type (RD). The program would run properly but the identifier was misplaced in a single case.
The new file corrects this problem.
New versions of RGM HEC2000 after December 2005 will automatically contain this fix.
